When can we check in? Check-in time is 4.30pm to 9pm. If you are
arriving later than this call us to let us know.
What time is breakfast? A full breakfast is served between 8.45 am
and 9.30 am. Continental breakfast is available if you are checking out
earlier than this.
Is smoking allowed? For guest's comfort Pheasants' Hill is strictly
non-smoking.
Do you allow children? Yes, children are very welcome. If
sharing a room with 2 adults the children (0-12 years) have a 50% discount.
Where can we wash our clothes? We offer a clothes washing and
drying service for a small charge.
What forms of payment do you accept? Cash (sterling), Visa, Mastercard, Maestro,
Diners Club and American Express cards, travellers cheques and
sterling personal cheques guaranteed by a UK banker's card..
